Wetmore Road, causing $3,500 in damage, officials said. The fire was the second within a year at the house, owned by Dorothy Neffson of 69 E. Wetmore Road. Arson is suspected. An 8-year-old boy playing with matches is believed to have started a 2:15 p.m.
